1. 修改ruby 3.1.2

2. rm Gemfile.lock

3. bundle install

4. apt install libsecp256k1-dev

5 注释掉sidekiq

./config/routes.rb: #Sidekiq::Web.set :session_secret, Rails.application.credentials[:secret_key_base]

6. rake db:migrate , 这里会报错. 大小写问题导致的. (class名字跟 migration文件名字不一致)
